PAYMENT

All orders must be prepaid by Visa, Mastercard, International money order (we do not accept US Postal Money orders as they are only
negotiable in the USA) or personal cheque. Please note if paying by credit card we prefer written authorization by fax or mail. For security
reasons we do not want your credit card information transmitted to us via internet. If paying by Visa or Mastercard click here to download
the form. If you plan to pay by credit card complete the form and ship with your parts. If you are not comfortable writing your credit number
on the authorization and including it in with your parts, then complete the form except for the number, sign it, send it with your parts and
then you can give the number to us over the phone once we have the total of your order established. We will contact you with the amount to
be charged to your credit card prior to completing the work. 50% of the total cost of the order will be processed on your credit card when the
job is commenced and the balance will be processed when the job is complete.

All prices quoted DO NOT include return handling, packaging and insurance ("SH&I"). Once the parts are received we will assess for repairs
and calculate the return SH&I and contact you with the final total. Unless otherwise instructed, all parcels shipped to the US are returned via
Fedex ground service or US Post Priority Mail Service. All parcels in Canada are shipped via Fedex or Canada Post unless otherwise
advised.


OUR MINIMUM CHARGE PER ORDER IS $100.00

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT AFTER MARKET PARTS FOR PLATING UNLESS PURCHASED FROM AN
APPROVED DEALER. MOST AFTER MARKET PARTS CANNOT WITHSTAND OUR PROCESS AND MAY WARP OR
SHRINK. WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO AFTER MARKET PARTS IF THEY ARE NOT PURCHASED
FROM DEALERS WHOSE PARTS ARE DURABLE ENOUGH TO MAKE IT THROUGH OUR PROCESS. PLEASE CONTACT
