IMPORTANT SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS - PLEASE READ
PACKAGING PARTS & SHIPPING

We must receive an itemized list of parts included in the box (US customer please put a copy of the list in an envelope and affix to outside of
box for customs purposes). The list should contain the following information:

1. Name and address where parts are to be shipped back to
2. Itemized list of all your parts (ie Model & Year of Vehicle - Dash, radio panel, glove box door etc.)
3. Value of core parts (required for importation into Canada and will be used as value for insurance when returned. This amount must be
accurate as we will not be responsible for any short fall of insurance in the event the part is damaged in transit and must be replaced.)

PLEASE put all small pieces in a clear plastic bag and tape the bag to a larger piece to protect them from being lost or broken. WE WILL NOT
BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PARTS IF THEY ARE NOT LISTED ON THE PACKING LIST.

PLEASE DO NOT send us the gauge clusters with the instrument bezels otherwise there will be an extra charge for taking it apart. You must also
remove locks from the glove box panels otherwise there will be an extra charge to remove it and we cannot guarantee the lock will be any
good after.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN WE RETURN YOUR ITEMS WE SHIP IT WITH A SIGNATURE REQUIRED OTHERWISE INSURANCE IS VOID IF WE SHIP
WITH NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED. IF THIS IS GOING TO BE AN ISSUE OR PROBLEM, PLEASE ADVISE US WHEN SENDING THE PIECES AND WE
WILL MAKE THE APPROPRIATE ARRANGEMENTS FOR A SHIPPING METHOD THAT WORKS BEST WITH YOUR SITUATION.
